How do Nmberz pieces fit?
Most Nmberz pieces are designed with an oversized streetwear silhouette. If you prefer a more fitted look, size down. If you like a true oversized drape, stay true to your size or size up.

Where can I find a size guide?
Each product page has a size guide button under the size selector. If you're between sizes, message us on WhatsApp with your measurements — we'll recommend the right fit.

Materials & Care

What is Nmberz made of?
We use heavyweight premium cotton blends engineered for Egypt's climate — structured drape, durability, and a luxury hand-feel that doesn't fade after a few washes.

How should I wash Nmberz pieces?
Wash inside out at 30°C. Tumble dry low. Don't bleach. Iron on reverse if needed. Specific care instructions are listed on each product page.

Orders & Payment

Do you offer Cash on Delivery?
Yes — COD is available on every order across Egypt. You pay in cash when the package arrives.

What payment methods do you accept?
Cash on Delivery, credit and debit cards, and digital wallets supported by Shopify Payments.

How long does delivery take?
Cairo, Alexandria, Giza: 2–3 business days. Other governorates: 3–5 business days. See the full Shipping & Delivery page.

Returns & Exchanges

Can I return or exchange?
Yes, within 7 days of delivery, if the item is unworn and tags are still attached. See the full Returns & Exchanges page.

What if my item arrives damaged?
Message us on WhatsApp with photos within 48 hours of delivery and we'll handle it immediately at no cost to you.

Drops & Limited Pieces

What does "limited drop" mean?
Many Nmberz pieces are produced in limited runs or as one-of-one drops. Once a piece is gone, it doesn't come back — ever. If you see something you love, secure it.

Will sold-out pieces be restocked?
Generally no. Some classics may return in updated form, but we don't repeat drops. Sign up for the newsletter to be first in line for the next drop.
