We design Nmberz to last. If something isn't right when it arrives, we'll make it right.

Return window

You have 7 days from delivery to request a return or exchange.

Conditions

To be eligible, items must be:

Unworn and unwashed
In original condition with all tags attached
In the original packaging
Free from any signs of use, fragrance, or stains

Exchanges (size or color)

Exchanges are free within Egypt. Message us on WhatsApp with your order number and the size or color you want. We'll arrange the swap.

Returns (refund)

For full refunds, message us on WhatsApp with your order number and reason. Once we receive and inspect the item, refunds are processed within 7–14 business days.

What's not eligible

Items worn, washed, or altered
Sale or final-drop items marked as non-returnable
Custom or one-of-one pieces (unless damaged or defective)
Bundles where any piece doesn't meet return conditions

Damaged or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, message us on WhatsApp with photos within 48 hours of delivery. We'll cover the return shipping and send a replacement.
