All of our products are made to order to maintain quality and exclusivity. Please review our policy carefully before purchasing.

1. Made-to-Order Policy
All items are produced on demand once your order is placed.
For this reason, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
Incorrect size selection
Change of mind
Buyer’s remorse
Ordering the wrong item

Please review sizing charts carefully before completing your purchase.

2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is:
Damaged
Defective
Incorrect (wrong product or misprint)
You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:
 support@nmberz.com
Include:
Your order number
Clear photos of the product
A description of the issue
If approved, we will offer:
A free replacement, or
A refund (at our discretion)
Claims submitted after 48 hours may not be eligible.

3. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are only issued in the following cases:
The item is confirmed defective
The item was lost in transit (confirmed by carrier)
The item is significantly damaged upon arrival
Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the issue was our error.

4. Order Cancellations
After ordering it's not possible to cancel.

5. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
If you initiate a chargeback without contacting us first:
We reserve the right to dispute the claim
Order documentation and delivery confirmation will be provided to the payment processor
We encourage customers to contact us first so we can resolve issues quickly and professionally.

6. Limitation of Liability
Nmberz is not responsible for:
Incorrect sizing chosen by the customer
Minor color variations due to screen display differences
Delays caused by shipping carriers
