All orders ship free across Egypt. No minimum spend. No hidden fees. The price you see is the price you pay.

Cash on delivery

Cash on Delivery (COD) is available on every order. You only pay when the package arrives at your door. Pay in cash to the courier on receipt.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You'll receive an order confirmation as soon as it's placed, and a dispatch confirmation when it ships.

Delivery time

After dispatch, expect delivery within:

Cairo, Alexandria, Giza: 2–3 business days
Other governorates: 3–5 business days
Remote areas: 5–7 business days

Tracking your order

You'll receive a tracking link via SMS and email once your order is dispatched. If you don't receive tracking within 48 hours, message us on WhatsApp.

Order changes

Need to update your address or cancel an order? Message us on WhatsApp within 2 hours of placing the order. After that, the order is in dispatch and changes may not be possible.
